Unfortunately, due to the wide variance of parcel shipping and insurance rates outside the United States, LAUREN G ADAMS free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
International orders must be returned via Borderfree and must be authorized using a return form. International order returns shall refund the item purchase price, and will not include any international shipping charges or fees. International customer return refunds exclude all shipping fees, duties, taxes and tariffs.
LAUREN G ADAMS wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns received within 30 days of purchase date will have full refunds applied. After 30 days, store credit will be applied to all returns. After 60 days, LAUREN G ADAMS retains the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee or refuse the shipment. Please note that return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
1- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN FORM INCLUDED WITH THE PARCEL. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For our domestic customers, a prepaid shipping label has been included in your parcel for your convenience (US customers only, not including AK, HI & PR). If used, a flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your order return or credit. Pre-paid shipping labels are not included with final sale items.
2- Merchandise must be in original unused and undamaged condition. All tags, pouches, and bags must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (i.e. not including a Lauren G Adams exchange form, which is included in your original shipment (to request another Return Form, please email us at email@example.com), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after sixty (60) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Exchanges/store credit must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. For your protection, return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and packed securely--Lauren G Adams will not accept damaged packages and is not responsible for in-transit loss. No exchange or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in used or damaged condition. Please package returns with adequate protective padding and materials. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a pre-paid shipping label is used, $9.95 will be deducted from your exchange/credit.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
If you are entitled to a refund (within 30 days of purchase), your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days, once received by the return department. During the holiday season, return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days.
If you wish to make an exchange, please create a new website order (unless you are exchanging damaged merchandise for a replacement unit). Store credit will be applied onto your account once merchandise arrives to our return department. Customers may use store credit at anytime. Store credits will be issued within 5-7 business days, once arrived to the return department. During the holiday season, return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, LAUREN G ADAMS will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you within two days, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. We attempt to promptly ship products ordered.
Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding holidays, and will ship within seventy-two (72) hours, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will generally begin processing the next business day, and ship within seventy-two (72) hours of when processing begins. Generally, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
Full priced items purchased from the Lauren G Adams website can be returned within 30 days from the original transaction date and store credit within 60 days of original transaction date. Store credits will be issued for future purchases at Lauren G Adams. All items marked as SALE or CLEARANCE items are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
Please repack all unworn/unused items you are returning in the state you received. Be sure to include original packaging (pouch/box/bags) and return form. Refunds will be issued within 2-5 business days once received by the return department. Store credits will be placed on file and to be used whenever you would like on your future purchases. Lauren G Adams is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Lauren G Adams makes it easier for you to return your product by including a return label in your package. Please be aware, if return label is used, order total will be deducted $9.95 on the return/store credit unless, product was received with manufacturing defects.

ENAMEL AND NATURAL STONE VARIATIONS
All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. All enamel is handcrafted and each color is mixed individually. There are some cases that the enamel will have different variations and some imperfections on the products. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
We guarantee our products to be free of any manufacture defects. However, sometimes things may fall through the crack. Please check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you find any manufacturing defect at arrival of your package, please ship back immediately for replacement. Customer shall only receive free return tag if merchandise is damage due to a manufacture defect. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund. If you receive such merchandise, you may exchange it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of Lauren G Adams.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT
We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while using fine materials. In the case that your jewelry needs repair, we will gladly repair or replace your piece based on the circumstance. In the case that jewelry has been damaged, and can be repaired, you are responsible for shipping to and from our repair center. If item can not be repaired and needs replacement, a fee will be determined by each product. The fee to replace an item will be 50% off of the price listed on our site. This will include shipping and handling for the product. Once we receive the product and determine its condition, we will contact the customer and decide what further action the customer will want to take. If you purchased product within 60 days and the product is damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement. In order to receive a free replacement for your product, you must have proof of purchase within 60 days.Please fill out repair sheet before shipping your repair back.

JEWELRY CARE AND CLEANING
Here are a few simple steps you can take to significantly reduce tarnishing and damage to your jewelry:
1- Clean jewelry after each use with a polishing cloth (or any type of soft cloth, as not to scrape the metal) in order to remove impurities, oils, dirt, etc.; or soak your jewelry for a few seconds in warm, soapy water, and gently brush it with a Q-tip or soft-headed toothbrush. This will also enable you to clean hard-to-reach spaces around the accent stone setting. Dirt and oils may collect around the stone setting and this is a good way to keep the area clean and free of dulling debris. Thoroughly rinse and dry, and store in an air-tight bag.
2- To minimize contact with lotions, bronzers, perfumes, hair sprays, hair gels, etc., put your jewelry on last. This will minimize dullness and tarnishing.
3- Do not wear your jewelry while working with household chemicals. If you do come in contact with chemicals, wash your jewelry immediately with warm water and soap, and dry thoroughly. This will help to reduce any potential damage.
4-Avoid swimming pools and hot tub while wearing your jewelry, as chlorine can compromise the surface of the stone and enamel and potentially cause discoloration.
5-Commercial jewelry cleaners may use solutions that are very strong and may cause extensive damage to jewelry.
6-Do not use ultrasonic cleaners and steam baths designed for jewelry. They are not safe for use on Lauren G Adams jewelry and may damage stones.

1-Cuff sizes or shapes should not be tampered with. Avoid bending to open or reduce them. This can distort the plating and damage the bezel setting of the stone.
2-Clasped bangles also require special care. If the clasp becomes bent or distorted in any way, it will not align correctly. Bangles may shift position throughout the day, but it is important to wear the push button that opens the clasp on the inside of the wrist, this will help prevent the clasp from accidental opening.
3-Earrings may become bent during shipping or use. Slight adjustments of the posts up or down will usually fix these issues. Posts are very small and delicate so use caution when storing earrings to prevent bending of posts.
